1. In-Browser Data Processing Guarantee

InvoiceGenerator.live is architected as a client-side web application. All information you enter—including your business name, client contact information, line item descriptions, financial totals, and banking instructions—is processed exclusively in your device's web browser memory.

We do not transmit, collect, or store your invoice contents on our servers.

2. Local Storage (Draft Persistence)

To ensure you do not lose your work if your browser tab is accidentally closed or refreshed, we store your active invoice draft in your browser's localStorage. This data is stored strictly on your local computer or phone. You can clear this data at any time by clicking "Clear / New" inside the tool or by clearing your browser cache.

3. Analytics & Telemetry

We use lightweight, privacy-respecting website analytics (Plausible Analytics) to monitor aggregate website traffic (e.g. total page views and count of successful PDF downloads). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers, and does not track users across different websites.

4. Uploaded Logos

When you upload a business logo, it is converted into an in-memory base64 data string inside your browser canvas. Your logo file is never uploaded to any remote server or third-party image host.
